The cottage itself was clean and well-presented, with minimal decor that added to the cozy atmosphere. The spacious bedroom provided a bright and comfortable retreat. The location of the cottage was perfect, with easy access to the countryside for walks and close proximity to a charming village with a great pub. The spacious bedroom provided a comfortable and bright space. The cottage was clean and well-presented, with minimal decor creating a cozy atmosphere. Additionally, the efficient microwave and fridge freezer were convenient for our family.
The lack of a bread knife in the kitchen made it difficult to cut bread properly.

The location was amazing! We had lovely walks right from our doorstep and it was just a short distance to the nearby village for supplies. The local pub, the Okeover Arms, was a great addition to the area. The cottage itself was clean and well presented, with a nice minimal decor that gave it a cozy feeling. The paintings by the owners were also fantastic!
Our experience at the cottage was not as pleasant as we had hoped. The bathroom had a strong smell of damp and there was no window in there, causing issues with breathing.

The room at Callow Cottages was absolutely stunning! It had this cozy vibe with a touch of rustic charm that made me feel right at home. I loved how the bathroom was spacious and had both a bath and a shower. It was perfect for my lazy soaks and quick showers after a long day of exploring. As someone who loves to relax and unwind, this was just what I needed!
But, to be honest, one thing I didn't really fancy was the fact that there was only one bathroom with a shower. I mean, it was fine for me since I was traveling alone, but I can imagine it might be a bit inconvenient for larger groups or families who all need to get ready at the same time.
